Valiona will start off with casting blackout. Make sure to that people stack on the person that gets the debuff, so that the 250,000 damage is shared. Next she will cast Devouring Flame. This ability has about a two or three second cast bar, so as soon as she starts casting it, make sure to get out of direction she is pointing. When she is nearing her air phase, she will begin casting Dazzling Destruction. This spell will cause two large vortexes to appear on the ground. Try to avoid these. When Valiona enters her air phase, Theralion will land.

Theralion will cast Twilight Meteorite on a random raid member causing a purple arrow to be above their head. The damage from the meteorite is high, so raid members should stack to share the damage. He will also cast Dying Breath, which will cause blue fire to appear on the ground. It would be a good idea to mark someone in the group for everyone to follow when strafing out of the fire. He will cast Engulfing Magic on a random raid member. If you are targeted by this, make sure to avoid being near raid members as you will cause damage to them when you are damaged or healed.

When Valiona is about to exit her air phase, she will cast Deep Breath three times. Deep Breath can be avoided by looking at where Vailona is located when she takes her Deep Breath, and moving to the other side of the room. When Vailona finishes all her Deep Breaths, she will land and Theralion will enter his air phase. The fight is now a rinse and repeat.
